Luggage rack orinially installed wrongly reinstalled, but wont stay in place. A wind gust moved the locked front bar to the back the 70# canoe still attached hit the back of the van - over 36,000 when complaint was filed, under 36,000 miles when it happended - no recourse per dealer.
