In 2005 while entering onto the highway going home from some personal appointments a small car hit our full size van from behind and caused us to flip over and roll over 8 times and slide at least 2 city blocks before it stopped. We were not even doing the speed limit when we were hit. The front window shattered and glass was in our eyes but our airbags did not deploy. We were stuck upside down my seat belt was stuck and my husband had to pull me out of the driver side window. I had to treat for tmj problems, stress and trauma in my neck and back for a few years and I still have some issues. Do we have a claim against the manufacturer?.

I saw a fox news report about the gen 3 seat belts in Chrysler products. I also did some research on my own. I own a 1999 Plymouth Grand Voyager equipped with these seat belts. Since I transport children, including toddlers and infants in my van, this report has troubled me. I was wondering how many more injuries and deaths it will take to force Chrysler to recall these belts.

I recently purchased a Plymouth voyager. After a report last night on houston's khwb39 news, I was very concerned to note, the vehicle is fitted with a "generation 3" seat belt system. . Read more...
My seatbelt has unlatched 2 times, and I wasn't sure why until I heard this information. My concern is my two children who sit in the middle bench which have these gen3 seatbelts. I cannot believe that Chrysler or whoever is responsible for this product would even take a chance with people's lives when it is such a simple fix. I guess they would rather million dollar lawsuits. They should be ashamed of themselves.
