One problem related to power window has been reported for the 1996 Plymouth Neon. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Windows fog up due to some kind of moisture getting inside of vehicle, and causing windows and lights to fog up. Contacted dealer, and dealer stated this was not suppose to happen. Also, dealer called Chrysler, and Chrysler stated it was a safety issue.
