One problem related to brake hoses, lines/piping, and fittings has been reported for the 1997 Plymouth Neon. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Consumer states while driving applyed brakes, the pedal went to the floor and the vehicle had no brakes. This was a result of the brake line rubbing against the steering line ,causing a whole in the brake line,which caused loss of brake fluid. Contacted dealer. Nlm.
