Side/window Air Bag problems of the 1998 Plymouth Neon

Passenger's side airbag cracked. Consumer contacted manufacturer and was told that she would have to pay for repairs. Consumer stated that if the air bag suddenly deployed she was afraid it will harm her daughter. The heat from the sun warped the dash board.

Consumer was traveling at 40mph and vehicle t-boned another vehicle, and both airbags: side door didn't deploy. Driver was injured. Dealer will be contacted.

While driving at 35 mph another vehicle made a u-turn in front of the consumer, causing the consumer to apply the brakes, the brakes failed to stop vehicle and the consumer hit the other vehicle on the left side, and driver's/ passenger's side air bags didn't deploy.

While driving at 30 mph vehicle was hit in front by another vehicle, causing consumer's vehicle to spin around. Consumer was hit in the rear too. After being hit in the rear, vehicle spinned around again, and hit another vehicle head-on then the vehicle came to a stop. Upon impact, driver's side and passenger's side air bags didn't deploy.
