The consumer had an accident caused by a failed brake booster vacuum hose which was on recall(01v-154)(attorney for client).
Consumer requesting reimbursement for recall repair done on their 2001 Plymouth Neon. Consumer states that the vehicle was repaired for the recall problem before the recall was received and would like reimbursement. The valve cover gasket was replaced.
Consumer received recall notice (00v-154). However the dealer had no parts for repair, consumer states for the past year vehicle was accelerating on its own, consumer believes that the problem may have been related to the recall componet.
The consumer received a recall (01v-154) notice about brake vacuum hose,but had to make three trips for getting it fixed. The vehicle began making noise after the repair and the consumer went to another dealer and found it the previous dealer had not stalled the recall parts.
