One problem related to steering idler arm has been reported for the 1996 Plymouth Voyager. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Due to failure of clock spring, unable to use horn and airbag inoperative-safety compromised. This part was on the news as a problem but not a recall yet! cost $345. Oo to fix. This system should not fail.
