: the contact stated while driving 30mph, the airbag warning light illuminated without any prior warning. Afterwards, the dash panel clock, radio, and heating defroster stopped working. The contact parked the vehicle and attempted to turn the engine off. The key would not release from the ignition and the engine continued running. After multiple attempts, the contact removed the battery cables from the battery and reattached them. The engine stopped running, but the clock and radio illuminated indicating normal function. Although the key remained in the ignition, the vehicle was not seen by a dealer.

The contact stated since the purchase of used vehicle the defroster did not work. Without use of the defroster there was poor visibility. She took the vehicle to the dealer. The dealer has made several attempts to repair this problem. However, they have been unable to correct this problem. The manufacturer was contacted , and they offered no assistance. The contact owns a 1996 Chrysler Voyager. After purchasing the vehicle, the defogger failed to operate normally. The driver had to stop the vehicle in order to clean the windows. There have been several failures with the vehicle since it was purchased. The engine was rebuilt and the serpentine belt was replaced on five occasions. The steering was replaced incorrectly by a dealer and was authorized by the manufacturer to be replaced. The brakes and the heating system were replaced under the extended warranty; however, the brakes were replaced four times. The contact was charged $100 per visit. Invoices are available if needed. A complaint was also filed with the state attorney general. The contact is disabled and aware of the safety risk involved in the numerous vehicle failures. On March 27, 2008, the dealer replaced the manifold and cylinder. On April 14, 2008, while making a right turn at approximately 30 mph, the steering wheel locked. The vehicle was towed back to the dealer. The dealer stated that they really care about their customers and would be willing to do a buyout. The powertrain was unknown. The failure mileage was 68,000 and current mileage was 80,995.
Front motor mount very bad and engine rocks back and forth and sometimes jerks when coming to a stop. Heater doesn't work on all setting for air. Steering bad, knocks on rough streets and makes bad noise when turning the steering wheel. Smell fuel inside of the vehicle when putting fuel in the tank and sometime smell it when regualar driving.
