No head rest in middle of rear bench seat.
Vehicle was purchased new without head restraints, leaving potential injury to passenger if an accident was to occur. Dealer said that owner has to order them.
The center and the back seats have no head restraints. Yh.
The rear passenger seats do not come with head rests. I feel this should be a safety feature not a luxury item. The head rest in the rear seats should be included the basic package, not a part that has to be purchased separately. Also, our salesperson should have mentioned to us that this part of the car was not included, after all it is a family minivan.
