Nhtsa recall no. : 17v-576; Porsche safety recall ah10. The recall notification was received 12/17 and I have spoken to my Porsche dealership 3 times since. The Porsche dealership has not received the filter flange replacement parts from the manufacturer and has no idea when they will be received.

I received a recall letter from Porsche 11/29/17. As of 3/28/18 Porsche still hasn't sent parts to the dealerships to fix this problem. In turn this effects me because the Porsche dealerships will not purchase a call w/ a safety recall. Until this issue is fixed, I cannot sell my car. Porsche is costing me money every day that I am having to wait on this. Thank you.

The manufacturer was also contacted and made aware of the failure and confirmed that the parts were unavailable for repair. The contact had not experienced a failure. Notice of safety recall received on 11/29/17 from Porsche. Gas leaking from fuel filter pump flange. Situation already happened to my vehicle previous to receiving recall notice. Required immediate fix due to danger with gas leaking under vehicle. I had car repaired and wrote to wrote to Porsche to request reimbursement of my expenses on 12/1/17. No response.
