NHTSA Recall #: 92V100000; Jul. 7, 1992

If the throttle arm becomes disengaged from the dieselengine throttle arm, the diesel engine throttle will remain at that setting. This would result in the vehicle operator not being able to decrease speed andengine power without applying the brakes, putting transmission into neutral, andturning off the ignition.
