My car was damaged on the way to wk because I hit a pot hole on new construction. Who would I talk to about this. I almost had a blow out & it was in heavy traffic. The new tarred road has a deep hole & it's a matter of time before someone gets hurt.

Failure Date: 11/15/2008

I was driving through the ted williams tunnel and the left front coil spring broke. I did not hit a bump. The spring caused a catastropic failure of the left front tire. I had to be towed out of the tunnel and have new coil springs installed.

Failure Date: 06/01/2006

: the caller stated, the ignition switch would not start the vehicle. When the vehicle was towed to the dealership, the battery was replaced. However, nothing was done about the rusted wiring to the ignition. The manufacturer was contacted by a letter. The emergency brake was locked and would not release, the horn did not work, the low head beam failed. The tires were defective, the alarm would sound without warning. Updated 07/25/06.

My 2004 SAAB arc convertible is equipped with the wrong wheels and tires. It is equipped with 215/55 r16 93 h m+s tires and wheels. The owners manual recommends 225/45 r17 94 w rf/xl tires for the 2. 0 turbo engine. My car has said engine. This compromises safety and performance. I discovered this on 10-17-2005.

Failure Date: 05/30/2002

Right rear control arm bent, leading to massive mis-alignment, and the ruining of 4 tires. SAAB claims it resulted from "energy" not a defect. They say I must have driven it "too hard. " I in fact babied the car, driving moderately, hitting no major bumps or holes. State farm claims it probably resulted from metal fatigue, not an impact. Won't pay because not impact related. I believe the arm was defective. Ordinary driving should not lead to a bent suspension.

The vehicle experienced two flat tires on the passenger side which caused the vehicle to pull to the right, the consumer believes the tires and rims were defective (michelin pilot 225/50r16). Nlm.

9 Tire problem of the 2001 SAAB 9-3

Request for reimbursement for problems recurring with pirelli tires and factory rims. SAAB refused to provide a warranty explanation on the consumers tires and rims that were replaced and refused to offer any types of explanation on the integrity and safety of these specific tires and rims. The consumer received one payment but wants to remind SAAB about the remainder of payments which he was entitled to. The consumer stated the left and right front tires ballooned out 12 inches on the inside. The consumer had to replace the rims and the tires. The check engine light illuminated.

Consumer believes the alluminum hubs are defective when used with a 15" tire and are not able to withstand the shock from normal road hazards causing intermittent tire failure.
