One problem related to defogger has been reported for the 1999 SAAB 95. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Failure of climate control system prevents heated air from reaching the driver's side windscreen -- no defrost. Replacement part sold only as entire assembly ($2,000) plus 14-18 hours labor=$3,000+. No other option for proper operation of defroster system.
