The "service airbag" light illuminates on the message center dashboard. There is also red light that depicts an airbag that needs serviced on the dashboard.
Driving a 2001 Saturn Aura xr about 30-35 mph when traffic in front of me was stopped, applied brakes, there were none. Hit vehicle in front of me at 30-35 mph and no air bags either.
Passenger airbag off light stays lit when seat is occupied. This defeats the purpose of an airbag and is certainly unsafe.
