The contact owns a 2007 Saturn Sky. While driving various speeds, the contact noticed an abnormal noise coming from the rear of the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the rear differential needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure.
