Delivery Problems of Subaru Crosstrek

The contact owns a 2025 Subaru Crosstrek. The contact stated while stopped at a gas station the vehicle would need to be unlock to open the gas light and fill up the vehicle with gas. The gas lid failed to open as intended, unless the vehicle was unlocked. The contact stated that the failure created a safety concern. The vehicle was taken to the dealer. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact was provided training on how to operate her vehicle. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure  the contact was informed that per their manual the vehicle would need to be unlocked while filling up the tank. The failure mileage was approximately 250.
