Transmission Noise problems of the 2017 Subaru Impreza Wrx

Pampered 2017 Subaru wrx, auto transmission, 61,545 highway miles and proof of oil changes between 5,000 and 7,000 miles, synthetic 5-30. Subaru was demanded to notify the current owners of 2017 automatic transmissions but I haven't received anything.
