Hood Latch problem #1

2000 Subaru Outback serviced at Subaru dealer. Oil change, brake repair, 100 point safety check on 3/21/06. Auto garaged 3/21/06 through 3/23/06. First time at highway speed since repair hood opens and breaks windshield (multiple cracks,glass splinters). Hood deforms to shape of windshield. Returned auto to Subaru dealer who referred inspection to Subaru factory rep. Subaru factory service rep inspects auto 3/28/06 & reports hood latch is working okay and no repair necessary. Hood was not opened following repair. Hood certainly appeared to be closed before incident.

Door Latch problem #2

When inside of the vehicle and doors are locked from inside of vehicle, doors will open without prior warning. Doors on driver's side will open. Passenger's side doors are doing samething. Dealership fixed defect the first time, but vehicle is still having same problem.
