The contact stated that the navigation and bluetooth will malfunction. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where the failure was diagnosed as a malfunctioning audio unit that needs to be replaced. The contact stated that the repairs were not completed as the dealer was unable to receive the parts as it was on backorder. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure.
