The contact owns a 2007 Suzuki Forenza. The check engine light illuminated on the instrument panel. The contact took the vehicle to the dealer for repair and two codes were produced from the diagnostic, the pedal position sensor and volt coalition. The second code dealt with the throttle system (throttle actuator system), which has limited power. The vehicle is running on 15% power and is dangerous to drive. The dealer called the tech line and they stated that they were aware of the failure and were working on a repair; however, there is currently no remedy. The failure mileage was 14,870. the consumer stated when she pulled out from the parking lot, the vehicle would not accelerate properly. In addition, there was a problem with the seatbelt. At times it would not click, even after several attempts. Updated 04/30/09.
