Vehicle Shudder problems of the 2008 Suzuki SX4

The contact owns a 2008 Suzuki Sx4. The contact stated that whenever the gear lever was shifted from park and into reverse, the vehicle would vibrate abnormally. The failure recurred continuously. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic for diagnosis, who stated that the motor mount would need to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the problem. The approximate failure mileage was 85,000.
