1 Ignition Module problem of the 2004 Suzuki Verona

Failure Date: 09/18/2004

Dealer reprogrammed the electronic control module two weeks ago. Problem resurfaced with engine light coming on and car stalling on sept. 18, 2004. Driver behind me during time of stalled engine almost hit Suzuki Verona in the rear. Verona was taken twice to dealership first team super store at 1800 greenbrier parkway, chesapeake, va 23320. Service advisor was neil mcclanan. I also talked to the vice president of the company, mr. Mark stevens concerning problem with part arriving to correct electronic control module. Mr. Mcclanan stated that the reason the part was late arriving was because the software had to be rebuilt. Also, according to mr. Mcclanan a Suzuki representative installed the corrective software. I have had a service request number at Suzuki since 04 August 2004 of 1-16185957 and spoke to a person who addressed herself as kathy in customer service. The Suzuki recall no. Ke. To contact Suzuki in the united states is 1-800-934-0934. The address is american Suzuki motor corporation, automotive customer relations, 3251 east imperial highway, brea, CA 92821-6795.
