The contact owns a 2007 Suzuki Xl7. The contact stated that she cannot shift the vehicle out of park. The vehicle was towed to the dealer twice, but the failure has occurred on three different occasions. During one instance, the tow truck driver had to open the shifter case in order to get the vehicle out of park. Both the dealer and the computer diagnostic have been unable to duplicate the failure. The failure mileage was 18,000 and current mileage was 18,200.

When on the freeway and accellerating over 55mph, a rattling-vibrations sound occurs. It sounds like its coming from the 4wd stick or gear shaft area. The center console was pulled off and carpet and wires were checked to see if some thing was stuck but nothing was found.
