The contact owns a 2016 Tesla Model X. At various times, the automatic doors would open. The vehicle was taken to Tesla service center (52 derwood cir, rockville, MD 20850, 301-738-6523), but was not diagnosed. The dealer reprogrammed the vehicle. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 17,000.
