The contact stated that on three separate occasions while driving at approximately 75 mph with the adas and adaptive cruise control activated, the vehicle experienced phantom braking with the accelerator pedal depressed. There were no warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. Neither the dealer nor the manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 9,000.
