2007 Toyota 4-runner fast idle when cold is 1500 rpm. . When the car is put in gear at that rpm the car launches. This is a serious hazard especially if you don't expect it. It is impossible to get out from between 2 parks card with the engine racing. Dealer will not help - claims the computer has control. .
