New led tail lights and brake lights are too bright. They are so bright they cause eye pain and distraction on clear nights. They may be a safety feature on an open road on a dark and rainy night, but in bumper to bumper driving on a clear night they are dangerous distraction.

1998 Toyota 2wd 4runner, driver side rear tail light doesn't function properly. Light comes on when braking, but not when running. Installing new bulbs doesn't solve the problem.
