The driver heater seat malfunctioned and burned the consumer. The first seat grid was replaced because it didn't work. The replacement burned the consumer while they were driving and never came on again. The dealership refused to replace the failed part again.
Vehicle was rearended on the freeway at approximately 50-55 mph. Upon impact, driver's seat fell forward, and seat belt failed to lock in place. Consumer received various injuries. Dealer / manufacturer notified.
