One problem related to front seat heater/cooler has been reported for the 1999 Toyota Avalon. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The driver heater seat malfunctioned and burned the consumer. The first seat grid was replaced because it didn't work. The replacement burned the consumer while they were driving and never came on again. The dealership refused to replace the failed part again.
