The contact owns a 1996 Toyota Camry. The contact stated that both front driver and passenger side exterior door handles fractured into pieces. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer but had not been repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the defect and they informed there was not a recall related to the problem. The approximate failure mileage was 166,000.

There is a life electrical current running through the door, and the owner suffered a real bad shock, and now cannot not use his hand as well.
