The contact sustained chest injuries that required medical attention. A police report was filed. The vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic, but was not diagnosed. I was driving around 30mph, and the car started to buck. As I approached the intersection, I pressed the brake pedal to the floor, and the car did not slow down at all.
