2002 Toyota solara convertible steering wheel vibration. I recently purchased a used convertible. The steering wheel has vibration that is not related to speed. All tires and both front axles have been replaced. A four-wheel alignment has been completed as well. I have concerns that the vehicle has steering problems similar to other recalls issued by Toyota motors.
