The consumers vehicle had two blowouts. The first one was on the right rear, and the second one was on the left front. The sidewall of the tires blew out while driving. The speed was 55 mph. The consumer had been in contact with the manufacturer of the tires. The consumer was in contact with the vehicle manufacturer and they referred him back to the tire manufacturer. The consumer had pieces of the tires available. These were the original tires that had come on his vehicle. (12/08/05) the consumer followed up with the tire manufacturer and they agreed to replace 2 ties at no charge. The tire failures had occurred during the day time on clear days while traveling on the expressway. The vehicle was regularly maintained.
Air pressure was correct. Sidewall failed. Tire blew out. New tire purchased.

While driving 5 mph front passenger side tire sidewall separated. Consumer pulled over and changed the tire. Dealership was notified, but did not resolve the problem. Goodyear 205/65r15.
2004 Toyota camary with firestone bridgestone tires are very unsafe. I experienced a blow out on the I-10, the tire unraveled from the side walls spliting the tire into 2 pieces.
Vehicle has had two tire fail since purchased. The failure occurred in the sidewall. The vehicle only driven in normal driving conditions and at low speeds. Related to odi#10081223. The consumer requested to be reimbursed.
