My car (Toyota Camry) was struck in the driver's side door and back passenger door by another car who was traveling at a high rate of speed. The accident resulted in damage to the doors and to the frame of the car. I suffered neck and head injury due to the accident. The side curtain air bag did not deploy. The car was inspected by the owner/manager of the auto body repair shop and it was his opinion that given the severity of the accident that the air bag should have deployed. Due to the frame damage and other damage the car is considered by the insurance company to be a total loss.

When driving outside especially day time and when hot and humid, the car's dash becomes sticky and soft. I bought my car new in albuquerque, nm and the lived in CA, I did not notice the problem. Neither I received any notification from Toyota dealership or none in the service center checked with on this issue or told me that this could happen and hence need to be replaced as they did with unintended acceleration issue and power window switch malfunction. Now I have been experiencing this dash stickiness issue and Toyota in hawaii is refusing to replace the defective and substandard product that they has put in at their own expense as they have done for millions of other customers. The reason doe refusal is that my car just passed 10 years since it was bought. But had I been known of this issue before even experiencing it, I would have got it replaced. I had been taking my vehicle regularly to Toyota service, but none bothered to check on this. Since it is not my issue and it is becasue of they using a defective part, they should help me in replacing it completely at their expenditure. I am with my family and I am very much concerned about the safety and risks associated with this issue as it could emit chemicals because of melting or chances of fire accident. Please help me to have the servco Toyota replace my dash. I brought this to continental us Toyota head office, but they again directed me to servco Toyota, hawaii, but they are refusing to help. Please intervene and help me get this fixed.

Approximately 4 months ago, my passenger side door handle had broken off as my husband attempted to get into the car. Than the door handle behind that came off when my child went to open the door to get into the car about a month later. Following both those incidents I was unloading groceries and went to open the rear door on the drivers side of the vehicle and that handle just came off. The only handle remaining on the car is the driver's side door. There was nothing out of the ordinary. No one pulled on the handles harder to open the doors. I dont understand how this could happen! I have owned and driven Toyotas for over 20 years, as well as several members of my family and this has never happened! I do not use my car for anything like uber or lyft were it would have been used more frequently than normal and I feel this has to be some type of defect for it to happen to 3 door handles! I am also concerned for the safety issues this could cause my family, especially my child. My family and I have been loyol Toyota customers for many many years and I am just beside myself that this could happen!.

Dashboard started melting. Dashboard has become sticky, shiny and greasy. Now sunlight reflects back on windshield glass, and reduces visibility of road. On bright sunny day, sunlight reflection on windshield makes it impossible to drive without covering dashboard.
I recently bought a used 2009 Camry, with a melting dashboard. The car salesperson told me it's just cleaner, so of course I believed them. Although, when I got home I read all about Toyota's problem with melting dashboards. I am very upset with this company's interior manufacturing. There is an intense reflection on the windshield due to the sticky dashboard. This makes it hard to see while driving.

Toyota Camry sticky dashboard melting dashboards turn into shiny glare dashbord. My entire dashboard has been sticky / tacky for years. I do not know why or how it got this way. It accumulates dust and grime, and I have no way to properly clean it since all towels and cleaning cloths, unless extremely wet, get caught on it, and then it accumulates fibers from the cleaning cloths.

My trunk is leaking on the right side during heavy downpours. I went to get our fabric shopping bags from the trunk and they were soaked. The car is smelling musty, not great for my sinuses and asthma. Headlight seal is allowing moisture to enter or the plastic has become porous. During a recent inspection, the headlights did not pass. We paid the gas station $32 to clean and polish the headlights to pass inspection. They looked great afterwards and passed inspection. Then my husband took the car to the car wash. Now the headlight casing is clouded again. I can see the soap drippings from the carwash on the inside of the plastic. The car is parked on the street or in a driveway, since we don't have a garage. The vehicle was stationary.
My car was parked at work in March, 2017. The vehicle next to me was a BMW SUV. About one hour and fifteen minutes later the BMW burst into flames causing fire damage to my vehicle. The insurance company for the BMW has closed the claim saying the fire was not intentional therefore they are not paying anything for my claim. My insurance company is paying for repairs to my car, however, I have to pay the deductible and cost of a rental car. After this happened I saw several news reports of BMW's bursting into flames after being turned off for a while. They said I was 0% at fault (obviously), but it does not seem fair that I have to pay anything for this incident. All I did was park my car; my car did not have any problems with it. I hope you will continue to investigate this problem. I feel several incidents are far too many for BMW to ignore. They certainly have more money than I do. I have photos, video, etc.
The inside board of the wagon with the sun melts becomes sticky and the light goes down and I'm scared maybe I'm scared to make a short circuit and catch fire.
