The contact stated that when he engaged the accelerator pedal the vehicle failed to accelerate normally, instead it made a zooming noise, lunged forward and stopped before the computer activated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and he was told that the vehicle was functioning properly. There were no failures diagnosed within the computer.
