When car was completely stopped at a stop sign, car made a loud noise and started shaking. Then car accelerated on its own. Brakes locked. Car wouldn't stop in neutral or in park gear. It caused an accident by rear ending the car in front of me. Car accelerated very quickly and steering wheel locked as well. Passenger in car heard the noise too. The car accelerated abruptly on its own.
