Brakes Failed problems of the 2011 Toyota Camry Hybrid

The vehicle was taken to dealer autonation arapahoe (10531 e arapahoe rd, centennial, CO 80112. 303-578-6111) who diagnosed the vehicle and stated that multiple functions of the brake system had failed and the vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and informed that they opened an extended warranty for the vehicle, but the contact stated they do not cover what had failed in his vehicle. The brakes failed on this car January 6, 2016, causing me to collide with the rear end of a truck while going about five miles per hour.
