general problems of the 1999 Toyota Corolla

Driving down the highway at 60mph the car just accelerated and went to speeds over 100 mph. When the driver realized the car was accelerating more than he was doing he released the gas pedal and the car just continued to go faster. There are no floor mats in the car to get stuck and the gas pedal was not depressed the car just continued to accelerate.

My car is automatic. Sometimes when I am driving it "revs" really high like over 4. And thats only when I am going 30mph. Even if I put overdrive on it still doesnt work. Also my low gas light indicator fades in and out. Its doesnt come on until the car is past the "e" . And the last problem is my locks. When I am driving I lock my doors. And then when I turn off my car, take my keys out, it wont let my unlock my door. I have automatic doors and it shouldnt be doing this. One last comment is that these problems do not happen on all the time. But at least once a week. I have brought it in to the Toyota dealer many times and they say there is nothing wrong.
