The contact owns a 2006 Toyota Corolla. The contact stated the vehicle experienced sudden acceleration and caused the contact to crash into the proceeding vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where the front fender was replaced; however, there was no part replaced for the acceleration failure. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 250 and the current mileage was 53,000. Updated 11/13/lj the consumer stated it took a total of four (4) trips to the dealer in order to repair the acceleration issue.
