The contact owns a 2008 Toyota Corolla. While driving 30 mph, the contact attempted to apply the brakes while approaching a traffic light. The brake pedal extended substantially farther into the floorboard than usual. The dealer was unable to offer a remedy for the failure. There were no repairs made to the vehicle.
