Navigational (global Positioning System) Gps problems of the 2010 Toyota Prius

The contact owns a 2010 Toyota Prius. The contact stated that the integrated navigation system was providing inaccurate readings when entering any street address. He noticed that the navigation system would place him about one quarter of a mile off from his destination. Both the dealer and manufacturer advised the contact that there was nothing wrong with the navigation system and advised him to take the vehicle through the arbitration process.
