One problem related to brake electric antilock has been reported for the 1999 Toyota RAV4. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
While vehicle is traveling at any speed, and in order to depress brake pedal and stop vehicle, consumer had to "stand on brake pedal. Dealership has examined vehicle five times, and failed to determine a cause for this problem. Please provide any additional information / documentation.
