I took it to the Toyota dealer located at 4413 mchenry avenue in modesto, CA the dealer receptionist said that they can't take of it, because there's no recall in record about this issue, but it is a manufacture defect that affects the safety of vehicle owner.

2 Seats problem

The drivers side heated leather seats become excessively hot and they have to be shut off while in use. Afraid of fire- or electrical malfunction.

3 Seats problem

Failure Date: 05/01/2007

1- constant headache an stomach ache loss of eye sight 2-because of the lead in front seats which are 99% or 24198 ppm and bromine which is 99% or 131 ppm and chlorine in arm rest which is 88% or 191455ppm and wiring is 99% lead and 535011 ppm this car is highly unhealthy. 3-Toyota did not do anything case#200810010833.
