Tire Blowout problems of the 2009 Toyota RAV4

2009 rav 4 yokahama geolandar 225/65r17 35,680 miles. Tires have been rotated every5k miles my wife was on expreesway going 65 mph,when left rear tire blewout . She had swerve three lanes into the breakdown lane,she called aaa which call the state police. Aaa changed the tire. When she got home I looked a the rest of the tires and noticed all tires were drierotted along the sidewall.

We purchased a new Rav4, in may 2009. Yesterday while the car was parked the left rear tire explosively blew out the sidewall, the car has 2400 miles on it. The person who witnessed the failure said it sounded like a shotgun blast.
