Tl the contact owns a 2019 Toyota Rav4. While driving approximately 2 mph and attempting to park, the vehicle did not stop. The brake pedal was depressed at the time of the failure. The vehicle continued to move, drove over a curb and sidewalk, and crashed into a storefront. Police report number: 7-2991-19 was filed. There were no injuries. The frontal air bags did not deploy.
