The contact owns a 2024 Toyota Rav4. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the pre-collision warning light illuminated. In addition, the contact stated that the pre-collision warning light illuminated; however, the warning light did eventually go off. The contact stated that the vehicle was taken to the dealer, however the cause of the failure was not determined. The contact was informed that the failure was due to a dirty screen and a rock chip in the windshield. The contact was informed that the front windshield needed to be replaced.
