I was driving on the highway. Suddenly my truck began vibrating harshly. Soon after, the truck stalled out. I had no braking or steering assist at all. The truck wouldn't start so I couldn't pull off to the side of the road. Being stuck in the middle of a busy highway was a frightening experiment. I had it towed to a local independent shop. The service technician found a broken intake valve spring. This is a costly repair for a truck with only 68,000 miles on it.

2 Car Stall problem

Failure Date: 10/09/2010

The contact owns a 2007 Toyota Sequoia. The contact stated that the vehicle stalled numerous times while steering to the right. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who performed a diagnostic that was unable to locate a failure code. The vehicle was also test driven, but the failure did not duplicate. The vehicle has not been repaired. The failure mileage was 64,000 and the current mileage was 65,000.
