Wheel Bolts Problems of Toyota Sequoia

The contact owns a 2003 Toyota Sequoia. The contact stated that while driving 10 mph, he noticed that the vehicle was exhibitng an abnormal noise as if he were driving on a flat tire. After pulling over, he noticed that the front passenger tire was separated from the vehicle due to a broken lug nut. The vehicle was inspected by an independent mechanic and they advised him that he would need to install studs on the rotors and replace the lug nuts. The vehicle was repaired. The contact owns a 2006 Toyota Sequoia. While tightening the lug nuts to the post during a tire rotation, the post failed. One other posts failed due to hydrogen embrittlement. Took off lugs and sercurty lock off and still cant get the tire off. Tried front and rear tiers. This is a wheel problem on my Toyota 4 runner sr5.
