Two problems related to front seat belt anchorage have been reported for the 1998 Toyota Sienna. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Seat belt light remains illuminated. Dealer replaced system which has not corrected the problem. Consumer states the seat belt was replaced and the warning light no longer illuminates.
Rear seat belt failed.
