One problem related to front seat belt anchorage has been reported for the 1999 Toyota Sienna. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Vehicle experienced a frontal collision at 45 mph in which both air bags failed to deploy. Also, driver's seat belt, and middle captain's seat belt behind passenger's seat, failed to operate. No injuries reported, and manufacturer was notified.
